Pelligra constructed a warehouse of approximately 5,000 square metres for Stow Australia, consolidating the operations of Australia’s leading pallet racking and warehouse storage solutions company into a purpose-built facility that significantly impacted on the efficiency of the business.
The heritage ETA factory – formerly the headquarters of the iconic Australian peanut butter and margarine manufacturer – had been left derelict and vandalised. Pelligra transformed the complex into modern office and retail space to reclaim and revitalise the heritage site.

With retail outlets, including cafes and an indoor play centre, on the ground floor, offices on the upper level, and easily accessible parking, this new built complex on Elgar Road in Derrimut has provided ideal premises for a number of local businesses in a prime location.
